We also offer our own Western Diva brand of leather belts, tote bags, purses and wallets.

We accept the following payment options: Paypal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. No COD's. You are only charged when your order is complete and shipped. Texas residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.

Most items are shipped within 5-10 business days after receipt of order and authorization of payment information.
Our leather products are hand-made, the old fashioned way-one at a time. So some custom leather orders require 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on item. We require a 75% non-refundable deposit on our custom products. This is after we have worked out all the specifications with you.

Return or Exchange Policy
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase if an item is to be returned or exchanged for any reason. You can use the contact us form to notify us of your intention to return item. The item must be physically shipped for return with 48 hours of receipt.
Merchandise may be returned if free of damage, still new, unused, and unworn condition and clothing MUST have all tags attached.
Please click here to contact us with the reason for the return. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction and a credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item unless obvious abuse, damage, or wear is noted. Return of the item is required before any credit is issued.
We reserve the right with certain brands of handmade jewelry, such as the exclusive WD Diva Deluxe and WD brand jewelry, to send it back to manufacturer for repairs in the rare event damage occurs. If repairs are not possible, you will be given a credit in the amount of item amount. This excludes jewelry that has been worn and has obvious abuse. Earrings, even if part of a set, are not returnable due to hygiene issues.
Regarding the boots-they must be unworn, not damaged and returned in their original box. The Lane boots have a Turquoise sole which can be scuffed after wear. So please try them on and walk on carpet when you first receive them to check the size. We reserve the right to inspect the boots when you return them before a refund will be issued. You must have the sales receipt copy.
